Here is what some of her clients have said: Twenty years ago this couch potato joined a water aerobics class. Classes were fun, I felt good but the workouts were ho-hum. Then along came Claudia! The workouts went from same old, same old to varied and challenging. The pace picked up, and so did class enrollment. I've been with her ever since and my level of fitness and flexibility is greater than I ever imagined it could be. For some years now, I have been working out in water three times a week with Claudia Campos. She is clearly a most accomplished master of her art! The pace and rhythm of the class is perfect -- you keep us motivated and the time flies by. It is my favorite class at the Y. On the personal level, you always seem happy and enthusiastic, which makes the atmosphere so nice.
